Jennifer Regan brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy, positioning, product marketing, customer experience and marketing communications. She enjoys developing and executing strategic marketing plans as well as leading large cross-functional initiatives to launch new offers or improve the current customer experience. Jennifer takes the lead on all client engagements and taps into her network of marketers when additional expertise or support is needed to help a client.
Jennifer began her career as a management consultant with Deloitte and EY. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles with financial services and health care organizations, including Charles Schwab, MVP Health Care and Adirondack Health Institute. She has also served on local boards in a strategic planning and marketing capacity.
Jennifer earned her MBA in marketing from the Olin Business School at Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in english and history cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis. She enjoys continuous learning and has also taken graduate coursework in leadership and marketing from Clarkson University.
Jennifer currently resides in Albany, NY, and is enjoying working with local and global clients. When Jennifer is not working, she savors time with her husband and teenagers, plays as much tennis as possible, and plans her next travel adventure.
